Oradell's Legal Appointments Remain Status Quo
New Year brings few change to Oradell boards, commissions

For the next year, the borough of Oradell will continue to be represented by several familiar faces including borough attorney Brian Giblin. While his was steeped in a and a , his reappointment by the all-Republican council was quietly approved during this past week's reorganization meeting.
Also reappointed to one-year terms were Tax Appeal Attorney Allen Spiniello, Auditor Charles Ferraioli, Bond Counsel Hawkins, Delafield & Wood, Special Legal Counsel law firm Porzio, Bromberg & Newman and Risk Managagement Consultant Gerard Quinn.
Thomas Randall will continue to serve as the borough's Special Tax Appeal Counsel while the firm Brown and Brown will remain as Insurance Brokers. Visitors to municipal court will continue to be defended by Public Defender Alice Meehan who will still face Christopher Martin as borough Prosecutor. Thomas Randall Esq., will step in as the Alternate Borough Prosecutor.

Boards and Committees
The borough's Planning Board welcomed four new faces as Keith Redding and Steve Carnavale were appointed to four-year terms while Mary Lang and Tom Kelly were given the opportunity for two-years as first and second alternates respectively.

Richard Kuller will remain with the Zoning Board of Adjustment for another four years while Val McHale will fill an unexpired term until Dec. 31, 2014 to replace Councilman Ed Pfleging who stepped down as second alternate.
Also returning to their previous positions are Larry Maynard Steiner to the Library Board of Trustees (five year term), Janet Schneider and Dr. Arthur Pinski (three year terms) to the Board of Health. New comers to the Board of Health include Michael Staff (three years) and first alternate Sharon Jacobsen (until Dec. 31, 2012).
