River Dell Boys Basketball Team Victorious in Season Opener
Golden Hawks defeat Indian Hills 39-36
If there was ever a shadow of a doubt that the River Dell Golden Hawks are in a rebuilding year, that doubt was shaken after last night's season opener against the Indian Hills Braves.
The Hawks took an early lead in the first period dominating over the Braves, 12-6. Indian Hills fought back through and kept the game close until the very end before falling 39-36 to River Dell.
