This Week on Patch: All Boards of Ed Will Meet
Swimming and hockey start to wind down, but basketball is hot this week

This week on RiverDell Patch, all three Boards of education will meet this weekend, starting tonight with the River Dell Regional BOE. The Oradell and River Edge boards will meet on Wednesday.
Monday:
- The Don Bosco Ironmen invade Oradell at 4pm for a regular season match-up against Bergen Catholic.
- The River Dell Lady Hawks suffered a three-point loss to Cranford over the weekend and this afternoon head to Mahwah, 4:30pm to take on a tough Lady T-Birds squad.
- BC hockey coming off their blow-out over Gloucester Catholic heads to Beaver Dam Winter Sports Club for a 5:30pm game against Portledge School.
- Following their Senior Day loss to Tenafly, the River Dell/Westwood hockey team tacked on one more season game, 7:30pm against Dumont at McKay Rink in Englewood.
Tuesday:

- There will be a Valentine's Day Pancake Breakfast and live entertainment for Oradell Seniors from 10am to 2pm in the Senior/Veterans Building.
- The Hawks varsity b-ball squad is away at Westwood while the Lady Hawks are home against the Lady Cardinals. The girls play at 4pm and the boys at 7pm.
- The Crusaders swimmers enter the state tournament at 7pm against St. Joseph of Metuchen at the Raritan YMCA.
Wednesday:
- The River Edge Board of Education will meet at Cherry Hill, 7:30pm. While the Oradell BOE meets at OPS, 8pm.
Thursday:

- The Lady Hawks head to Ramsey at 4pm while the Golden Hawks are home at 7pm against the Rams.
- Bergen Catholic b-ball is home, 7pm against St. Joseph Regional.
The Weekend:
- The District wrestling tournaments begin this weekend. District 8 rounds will be hosted at River Dell on Friday 6pm and Saturday 10am.
- For a Friday afternoon hockey game, head to the Ice House and watch the Crusaders' duel between Bergen Catholic and Bishop Eustace at 4:35pm.
