Treasure Shop Helps Authors' New Book Take Bloom
The Westwood Blooming Hearts boutique joined forces with the owners of Being Well Within to host a book signing and reception event
Loren Gelberg-Goff, LCSW and Carmel-Ann Mania, DC, founders and partners in Being Well Within, a wellness and personal development practice based in River Edge, recently held a book launch party and book signing of their first published work at Blooming Hearts Treasure Shop in Westwood.
Blooming Hearts owner Holly Young, also of River Edge, extended the invitation to the authors to hold their reception at her shop to support her fellow women business owners, and they accepted to help Young draw traffic to the boutique during the holiday shopping period.
All three women are active members of the Bergen chapter of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners, which encourages networking and cross-promotion opportunities among its members.

Gelberg-Goff, a psychotherapist, and Mania, a holistic chiropractor, signed copies of their book, “Being Well Within: From Distressed to De-Stressed” and gave a short presentation on breathing exercises to reduce stress to attendees, who practiced the relaxation breathing and shopped for unique holiday gifts in the boutique that “celebrates all things hearts and flowers.”
Being Well Within offers programs on anger management, forgiveness, stress relief and more to groups, corporations, and individuals through workshops, webinars, and teleclasses. The book signing will be the first of many programs both companies will present together.
