Week in Review: Land Use Ordinance Approved, iPads Could Come to Council Members

Welcome to the "Week in Review," a weekly column that highlights the top stories that took place in RiverDell including the approval of an amended Land Use Amendment in Oradell.

After a three-year long writing period and a public hearing, the Oradell Mayor and Council unanimously approved an updated for the borough on Tuesday night. The amended Ordinance #240 includes the right for residents to appeal a granted "D" variance by the Zoning Board of Adjustment to the governing body.
