DRIFTHOUSE Eatery Celebrates 2 Big Events

RUMSON, NJ — It’s time to celebrate! Chef David Burke is celebrating his birthday at DRIFTHOUSE, which is also celebrating its four-year anniversary, according to an official statement.

On Wednesday, Mar. 16 at 6 p.m., Chef Burke and Drifthouse's Executive Chef Toni Charmello will host a party that will include a reception with a signature cocktail, a three-course menu for $59 per person and live music.

DRIFTHOUSE in Sea Bright is the result of a collaboration between Chef David Burke and the Stavola family, who have owned the Driftwood Cabana Club since 1957.

“David and his team have been very helpful in general,” stated the Stavola family. “We’ve had four years of great cooperation, teamwork and success. He and his team are always professional, encouraging, prompt and accessible. We have enjoyed working and learning together and look forward to many more years.”
