Easter Dinner With A River View At Salt Creek Grille In Rumson

RUMSON, NJ — Enjoy Easter dinner with a view at Salt Creek Grille in Rumson.

The special dinners will be served from noon to 7 p.m. on April 9, Easter, at the restaurant overlooking the Navesink River.

On the special a la carte menu you will find a traditional seasonal favorite, New Zealand rack of lamb with demi-glace, and another favorite, the prime rib. Both entrées are served with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, the restaurant says.

There are also seafood and vegetarian options. Consider the horseradish stuffed jumbo shrimp appetizer, wrapped in crispy bacon with chipotle honey. There is pan-seared Chilean sea bass with shallots and citrus beurre blanc served with Yukon mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Another favorite is the citrus brown butter salmon served with citrus brown rice and ginger butternut squash puree and seasonal vegetables.

For the vegetarian, there are several dishes, including the chili cheese sweet potato casserole.

Also available are items from the children’s menu and many desserts, as well as wines and cocktails.
