Fair Haven Police Headquarters Groundbreaking Is Tuesday

Major project for the borough will mean a new Police Department building and a new Community Center; DPW improvements also planned.

FAIR HAVEN, NJ — The first step in the construction of new Police Department and Community Center buildings will take place at a groundbreaking on Tuesday.

The community is invited to the event at 5:30 p.m., Oct. 10, at 35 Fisk St., the site of the current Police Department building.

The project includes a new headquarters for police and a new community center.

The Department of Public Works building is also going to get renovations, but will not require a new structure.
