R-FH Grad Ann Beggs Dies Suddenly at 43

Ann Elizabeth Beggs, 43, who grew up in Fair Haven and graduated from Rumson Fair Haven Regional High School, passed away on March 18 at her home.

Born in Summit, Ann Beggs was raised in Fair Haven. After graduating from high school in 1987, she went on to college and lived in Princeton and then Fairlawn before moving to Bordentown four years ago.

Ann was remembered on the Fair Haven Facebook page, where it was told that her passing was sudden.

Former longtime Knollwood School teacher Gary Verwilt remembered Ann with this message left on legacy.com: "I fondly remember the many days I shared with Ann in 6th grade. She is fondly remembered and truly missed."

Ann had a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. At the time of her death, she had been an IT business analyst for Covance Inc., Princeton. She was with the company for 13 years.

She was predeceased by her father, Dr. David W., who died 1995 and is survived by: her mother, Evelyn A. Stout, of Parsippany; her brother, Daniel L., of Parsippany; and a niece and a nephew, Katherine and Patrick Beggs.

There will be a visitation on Saturday, March 23, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Par-Troy Funeral Home, 95 Parsippany Road , Parsippany.
