RFH Football Players Headed To Johns Hopkins, Trinity, Merrimack

Three RFH Football Players signed letters of intent to continue their academic and athletic careers at top universities in the country.

RUMSON, NJ — Three Rumson-Fair Haven football players are headed to some of the most prestigious colleges in the country.

Donned in the colors of their future schools, the three athletes signed letters of intent to continue their academic and athletic careers at Johns Hopkins University, Trinity College and Merrimack College.

Christian Smith will continue playing as an offensive lineman at Merrimack College in North Andover, Massachusetts. Charles Pearson, also an offensive lineman, will play for with the Blue Jays of Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. Finally, Alex Cady will reprise his role as safety at Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.

The three athletes were joined by their families, friends, coaches, teammates, teachers, and administrators in a ceremony where they signed the letters of intent.
