• There's a Borough Council meeting in Fair Haven Tuesday night at 7 p.m. at Borough Hall on River Road. Click here for the agenda.

• Fair Haven Planning Board meets on Wednesday at 7 p.m.

• Pat Guadagno is playing at Jamian's in Red Bank tonight.

• Novelist Lynn Clay Byrne is at River Road Books on Tuesday night.

• There's a Wind in the Willows story time at the Oceanic Library in Rumson on Tuesday and a reading at Fair Haven Library with a LEGO game.

Weather, tides, sun and moon tidbits …

• There's a chance of snow and/or rain Monday night and into Tuesday. Other than that, the weather is expected to be clear with temperatures ranging from a more chilly 40s to 50s, according to the National Weather Service.

"The sun will rise in Sea Bright at 6:39 am and sunset will be at 4:42 pm. The moon set at 12:19 am at 262º west. Eventually, the moon will rise again in the east (95º) at 1:22 pm.

"In the high tide and low tide chart, we can see that the first high tide will be at 3:14 am and the next high tide at 3:34 pm. The first low tide will be at 9:35 am and the next low tide at 10:05 pm.
