Dog Stolen From Bayonne Front Porch Has Been Located
Police say this Jack Russell Terrier was stolen Monday from his front porch in Bayonne, and the suspects went to NYC. See photos:
BAYONNE, NJ — Update: The stolen dog has been found and will be reunited with its owners Wednesday in Bayonne.
Bayonne Police greatly thanked the media for helping to find Rocco. But they said no charges have been filed against the people who took him.
"As for anything else regarding this investigation, including but not limited to charges filed and names of any actors, I will say that we are not commenting as of yet," said Bayonne Police spokesman Capt. Eric Amato Wednesday night. "This remains an active and very fluid investigation."

At 6:20 p.m. this Monday, July 24, police say this Jack Russell Terrier was stolen from the front porch of his home on 41st Street and Avenue E in Bayonne.
The dog, Rocco, had been left tied to his front porch by a leash.

The individuals in the photographs were captured on surveillance camera unleashing Rocco, removing him from the porch and leaving the area.
Carrying Rocco, the teen suspects boarded the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail train at the 45th Street station (Bayonne) bound for Hoboken. Once at the Hoboken stop, the actors boarded the PATH and got out at the 14th Street stop in Manhattan.
