Free Program To Help Kids, Teens Overcome Anxiety Offered Mondays At Secaucus Library
It will be offered every Monday in August, from Aug. 4 - Aug. 25 at 10:30 a.m. and lasts for one hour.
SECAUCUS, NJ — There's a new program offered at the Secaucus Library next week that was created to help kids and pre-teens navigate life.
It will be offered on every Monday in August, from Aug. 4 - Aug. 25 at 10:30 a.m. and lasts for one hour. The program is geared towards children ages 10 - 16. It is meant to help teach kids how to adjust to academic and peer pressure, pressure from social media and pressure to fit in/social anxiety.
It is supposed to teach children, pre-teens and teens a strong sense of self, identity and help them conquer anxiety and depression.
