Free Tai Chi Tuesday Evenings At Secaucus Library, Plus A Gift Bag-Making Class
5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Dec. 9, in the Story Tower at the Main Library.
SECAUCUS, NJ — Now offered on Tuesdays through Dec. 9 at the main branch of the Secaucus Library: Korean Tai Chi sessions.
Korean style QiGong Tai Chi are movements to activate healing power in your body. The class consists of easy warm-up exercises, in standing and sitting positions, learning a tai chi form and finish with breathing meditation.
Tai Chi helps to improve balance, concentration, blood circulation, relaxes your body & restore peace of mind. Free to the public. 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Tuesdays in the Story Tower at the Main Library. This series is sponsored and led by Brain & Body Yoga and Tai Chi. To register, call 201-864-2095.
