Secaucus Plaza Center Briefly Shut Down For Loose Dog
Secaucus Police just had to shut down Paterson Plank Road in the center of town to capture this dog running loose:
SECAUCUS, NJ — The center of Secaucus was briefly shut down at midday Tuesday because of a loose dog that was running on Paterson Plank Road.
Secaucus Police and DPW shut down the major intersection of Paterson Plank Road at Plaza Center, and luckily officers were able to capture the dog, pictured above.
The dog was not hit by a car or injured at all; police officers were able to safely capture the dog.

The dog did not have a collar, tag or chip.
Officers on scene took it to the Secaucus Animal Shelter for the time being until they can either locate the owner, or find the dog a suitable new home.
