Results Of Primary Election In Secaucus

SECAUCUS, NJ — Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill is the projected winner of the Democratic primary for NJ governor, and Jack Ciattarelli will be the Republican nominee. The two will face off in November in what will likely be a very heated race to be New Jersey's next governor.

These are not official results, which take several days for county clerks to certify. Here are the early returns and projected winners:

For Hudson County Sheriff, Bayonne Mayor Jimmy Davis and current Sheriff (and Secaucus resident) Frank Schillari are neck and neck as of 9:55 p.m.: (70 percent of votes in)
