SECAUCUS, NJ — Rudy Giuliani was spotted at the Secaucus Walmart last Sunday, according to TMZ, which has this exclusive photo of him inside the mega store, riding a motorized mobility scooter.

The former New York City mayor and one-time presidential candidate had an aide with him, and the two were in the men's hair dye section, according to eyewitnesses. That is notable because in 2020, after Donald Trump lost the election and while Giuliani was advocating for him, Giuliani's then-black hair dye started to run down his cheeks during a press conference he held to argue why Trump actually won after widespread voter fraud.

The past few years have been difficult for Giuliani, once dubbed "America's Mayor," after the 9/11 terrorist attacks: In 2023, Giuliani was sued by a mother-daughter team of election workers in Georgia who he accused of voter fraud related to Trump's failed attempt to win the presidency. The two women were successful and Giuliani was ordered to pay $148 million to the women. He tried to declare bankruptcy and was unsuccessful. He did reach a financial settlement with the two women, but court documents have never revealed how much he actually paid them.
