Salad House Secaucus Aiming To Open Next Friday
Salad House, Cava, KPOT Korean BBQ, Dave's Hot Chicken, crepes and Shake Shack all intend to open in Harmon Meadow:

SECAUCUS, NJ — Secaucus, which used to be known for pig farms and pizza, is getting so healthy:
First, a chain franchise called Salad House is opening at 700 Plaza Drive.
Salad House is a made-to-order chopped salad business, but they also serve a wide array of sandwiches and wraps, plus grain bowls. They also sell smoothies. Check out their menu here: https://www.thesaladhouse.com/...

Salad House Secaucus is aiming to open soon, as early as next Friday, Nov. 24 (Black Friday) or at the latest Monday, Nov. 27, said Joey Cioffi, who started the whole business. He said they will be open M-F, and on weekends, too.
Cioffi started the very first Salad House in Millburn, and the business has been expanding across New Jersey since, as demand increases for healthy fast food. The Secaucus franchise will actually be owned by the man who used to own La Mia Cucina, the now-closed pizza restaurant on Front Street.

"I'm really excited to open a location in Secaucus," said Cioffi. "I think we'll do well there, with all the office buildings in town. I really think it will be a good fit."
Not to be outdone, Cava is also supposed to open in the Harmon Meadow part of town. Cava serves fast-healthy Mediterranean, such as hummus, falafel, salads and wraps.
As Patch reported last winter, Shake Shack and KPOT Korean BBQ/Hot Pot are also supposed to open at Harmon Meadow. Dave's Hot Chicken and a sweet crepe business are supposed to open there as well, according to this commercial NJ real estate website.
