SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On Dec. 24 at 12:14 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 54-year-old male of Morristown, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. He was also found to have one outstanding warrant issued out of Morristown, NJ in the amount of $750 with a 10% option. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail. (Patch no longer publishes the names of people charged with low-level shoplifting.)

On Dec. 26 at 7:41 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of Paterson Plank Road and First Street on a report of a motor vehicle crash. Police arrested a 55-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50] and Endangering the Welfare of a Child [2C:24-4A(2)]. The male was issued six motor vehicle summonses along with his complaint summons and was released from police custody. (He will not be named to protect the privacy of the child.)

On Dec. 27 at 12:57 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 71-year-old male of Palisades Park, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of South Hackensack, NJ for $750. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Dec. 27 at 1:01 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Union County Jail to take into custody a 43-year-old male of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,500. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Dec. 27 at 8:51 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 43-year-old male of Edgewater, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Little Ferry, NJ in the amount $1,000. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was issued 1 motor vehicle summons. Officers from the Little Ferry Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to take custody of the man for transport back to their agency.

On Dec. 29 at 1:35 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Woodbridge Police Department to take into custody a 38-year-old female of Piscataway, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail. Police say she was wanted for a Theft by Deception in Secaucus in 2012. She was transported to the Hudson County Jail.
