Secaucus Police Blotter, June 10 - June 16
A Secaucus man was found with cocaine near Waterton luxury apartment complex Saturday morning, say police:

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:
On June 10 at 4:37 AM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 43-year-old male, Pedro Martinez of Bayonne, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Martinez was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 2 motor vehicle summonses and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
On June 11 at 1:57 PM, Secaucus Police arrested a 53-year-old male, Jose Osorio of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Trenton, NJ in the amount of $550.00. Mr. Osorio was taken into custody at Secaucus Police headquarters. Trenton PD did release Mr. Osorio on his own recognizance pending a future court date and he was released from police custody.

On June 12 at 12:28 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the Edison Police Department to take into custody a 37-year-old male, Terry Baldon of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $600.00. Ms. Baldon was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On June 13 at 3:00 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Home Depot on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 37-year-old male, Daviti Poladishvili of Brooklyn, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. Mr. Poladishvili was issued his complaint summons and he was released from police custody.

On June 14 at 5:57 AM, Secaucus Police responded to Dunkin Donuts at 1351 Paterson Plank Road on a report of an individual stealing money from the tip jar. Police arrested a 36-year-old male, Isaiah Shaw of Jersey City, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Resisting Arrest [2C:29-2A(1)]. Mr. Shaw was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On June 14 at 1:53 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 58-year-old female, Lufrances Fuqua of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $3,500.00 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $500.00. Ms. Fuqua was able to post bail for the outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ. Jersey City did release Ms. Fuqua on her own recognizance pending a future court date. Ms. Lufrances was issued 5 motor vehicle summonses and she was released from police custody.
In furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Detective Division into several robberies at local hotels, where one previous arrest was made already, Secaucus detectives went to Newark and arrested Shyrone Manning, 24, of Newark for his involvement in two of these robberies on June 14, 2024. For the robbery at the Red Roof Inn on May 31, 2024 he was charged with Robbery [2C:15-1] and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery [2C:5-2/2C:15-1]. For the robbery at the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel on June 4, 2024 he was charged with Robbery [2C:15-1], Aggravated Assault [2C:12-1b], Terroristic Threats [2C:12-3] and Conspiracy to Commit Robbery [2C:5-2/2C:15-1]. He was lodged at the Hudson County Jail.
On June 15 at 1:09 AM, Secaucus Police responded to Hoboken to take into custody a 33-year-old male, Jason Rivera of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus with no bail. Mr. Rivera was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Carlstadt, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10 % option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $750.00. Mr. Rivera was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On June 15 at 10:35 AM, Secaucus Police responded to the area of 1631 Paterson Plank Road for a report of an individual who was walking in the area naked, near the Waterton luxury apartment building. Police arrested a 42-year-old male, John Petrillo of Secaucus, NJ and charged him with Lewdness [2C:14-4B(1)] and Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)]. Mr. Petrillo was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody. His family says he was walking shirtless in the area, with short work-out shorts on.
On June 15 at 3:37 PM, Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 44-year-old female, Fatima Anderson of the Bronx, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(5)]. Ms. Anderson was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On June 15 at 6:19 PM, Secaucus Police responded to T.J. Maxx for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 22-year-old male, Jean-Carlos Vera-Salguero of the Bronx, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Possession of Burglar Tools [2C:5-5A(1)]. Mr. Vera-Salguero was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On June 16 at 10:53 PM, during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 56-year-old male, Chusuk Lee of Paramus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. Mr. Lee was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 3 motor vehicle summons and he was released into the custody of a responsible adult.
