SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On March 18 at 7:50 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 23-year-old male of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $750. He was also charged with Exhibiting a Fraudulent Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3B]. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On March 18 at 3:33 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Best Buy on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 28-year-old male of Trenton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option. He was also charged with Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)], Obstructing the Administration of Law [2C:29-1A] He was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On March 18 at 1:01 p.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a theft of packages that occurred at 9000 Riverside Station Boulevard on 01/05/2025, the police arrested a 40-year-old male, Min Jiang of Saddle Brook, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A]. Mr. Jiang was taken into custody at Secaucus Police headquarters. Mr. Jiang was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On March 19 at 5:47 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. The involved individuals were observed attempting to drive away in a motor vehicle. A motor vehicle stop was conducted and the police arrested a 54-year-old male of Union City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750.00. He was able to post bail, was issued his complaint summons along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released to a responsible adult.

On March 20 at 5:23 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the New Jersey State Police Atlantic City Barracks to take into custody a 36-year-old male of Haddon Heights, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ with no bail. He was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On March 20 at 11:16 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the area of 1315 Paterson Plank Road on a report of a motor vehicle crash. Police arrested a 34-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional 5 motor vehicle summonses and released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On March 21 at 12:30 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old male of Lodi, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Garfield, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On March 21 at 12:52 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 42-year-old male of Union City, NJ for 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Wayne, NJ in the amount of $2,500.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ with no bail, 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ with no bail and 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ with no bail. He was additionally charged with Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. He was taken to the Hudson County Jail.

On March 22 at 4:44 a.m. officers from the New Jersey Transit Police Department responded to Secaucus Police headquarters to transfer custody of a 38-year-old male of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $600.00 along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200.00, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $200.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $5,000.00 with a 10% option. Newark did release him on his own recognizance pending a future court date. He was unable to post bail for the warrant issued out of Secaucus and was taken to the Hudson County Jail.

On March 22 at 11:35 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the South Orange Police Department to take into custody a 24-year-old male of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $600. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On March 23 at 7:02 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 36-year-old female of North Arlington, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued by the Wayne County Sheriff Department in PA. She was further charged with being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. She was issued 2 motor vehicle summonses along with her complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
