On Nov. 10 at 5:06 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 30-year-old man of Jamaica, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $6,500 with a 10% option and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Hillside, NJ in the amount of $2,500. Both the Newark Police Department and the Hillside Police Department released him on his own recognizance pending future court dates and he was released from SPD custody.
On Nov. 10 at 11:37 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old man of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Guttenberg, NJ in the amount of $550. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued two motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Nov. 11 at 9:44 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Allenhurst, NJ in the amount of $550 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elmwood Park, NJ in the amount of $500. He was able to post bail and was released.
On Nov. 12 at 10:12 a.m. officers from the NJ State Police responded to Secaucus Police headquarters to transfer custody of a 45-year-old man of Reading, PA for 1 oustanding warrant issued out of Secaucus in the amount of $6,000 with a 10% option. He was also found to have 2 outstanding warrants issued out of West New York in the amount of $500.00 and $350.00. He was able to post bail for the outstanding warrants and was released from police custody.

On Nov. 12 at 8:50 p.m. officers from the West New York Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters to transfer custody of a 22-year-old man of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $3,000.00 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail and was released.
On Nov. 13 at 7:36 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Secaucus University Hospital on Meadowlands Parkway on a report of an individual refusing to leave. During the investigation, the police arrested a 27-year-old man Andrew Ficklin of Charles City, IA for Defiant Trespassing [2C:18-3B]. He was issued his complaint summons and was released.
On Nov. 13 at 9:20 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Candlewood Suites located at 279 Secaucus Road on a report of CDS found inside a hotel room by hotel personnel. During the investigation, on the same date at 5:27 p.m. the police responded to UPS located at 493 County Avenue and arrested a 35-year-old man, Victor Pasquariello of Nutley, NJ for Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)]. Pasquariello was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Nov. 13 at 11:37 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 40-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Springfield, NJ in the amount of $850 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On Nov. 14 at 1:44 p.m., officers from the NJ State Police responded to Secaucus Police headquarters to transfer custody of a 51-year-old woman of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of North Bergen, NJ in the amount of $500 with a 10% option. She was able to post bail and was released.
On Nov. 14 at 4:05 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Meadowlands Plaza Hotel located at 40 Wood Avenue on a report of a man making threatening statements towards hotel staff. During the investigation, the police responded to the Franklin located at 780 5th Street and arrested a 61-year-old man, John Yengo of Jersey City, NJ for Terroristic Threats [2C:12-3B], Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D] for possessing a knife and Certain Persons Prohibited from having Weapons [2C:39-7A]. Yengo was issued his complaint warrant and was taken to the Hudson County Jail.
On Nov. 15 at 7:13 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 29-year-old man of New York, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)] and Unlawful Use of Credit Cards [2C:21-6C(1)]. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
