On Nov. 24 at 3:59 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 48-year-old man of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Verona, NJ in the amount of $2,500 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail and was released from police custody.

On Nov. 26 at 12:31 p.m., Hudson County Sheriff’s officers responded to Secaucus Police headquarters to transfer custody of a 34-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On Nov. 26, in an effort to reduce vice-related crimes in the town of Secaucus, the Secaucus Policearrested the following individuals; at 6:19 p.m. the police arrested a 45-year-old woman, Johanna Beltre-Bonifacio of Paterson, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2c:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Beltre-Bonifacio was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 9:12 p.m., police arrested a 39-year-old woman, Alfida Hidago-Fernandez of the Bronx, NY for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34- 1B(2)]. She was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 9:43 PM, the police arrested a 22-year-old woman, Iranyelin Landaeta Aguirre of Jamaica, NY for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. The police also arrested a 32-year-old man, Miguel Regalado-Crisosto of Paterson, NJ for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon [2C:39-5D] for possessing a knife. Both Landaeta Aguirre and Regalado-Crisosto were issued their complaint summonses and released.

On Nov. 28 at 10:32 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 45-year-old man of East Orange, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Newark, NJ in the amount of $350. He was able to post bail for the warrant and was released.

On Nov. 28 at 5:35 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Passaic County Sheriff’s Office to take into custody a 47-year-old man of Paterson, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the warrant and was released.

On Nov. 29 at 5:22 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Leonia Police Department to take into custody a 21-year-old man of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000 with a 10% option. He was also found to have 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $1,500.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Roselle, NJ in the amount of $1,000.00 with a 10% option, 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Linden, NJ in the amount of $750.00 and 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Old Bridge, NJ in the amount $750. He was unable to post bail for the warrants and was taken to the Hudson County Jail.

On Nov. 30 at 9:40 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Dunkin Donuts located at 216 County Avenue on a report of a suspicious individual. Police arrested a 41-year-old man, non-domicile, for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Ocean County, NJ with no bail. Officers from the Ocean County Sheriff took custody.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
