SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police on Dec. 2, all of last week's arrests in town:
On Nov. 25 at 2:14 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old male of Union City, NJ for Tampering with Public Records [2C:28-7A(3)] due to the vehicle containing a license plate concealment device. He was issued his complaint summons along with 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On Nov. 25 at 3:12 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 36-year-old male of Secaucus, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5-2A(1)]. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County jail.

On Nov. 25 at 4:49 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the parking lot of Krauszer’s at 40 Meadowlands Parkway on a report of a stolen motor vehicle located in the parking lot. During the investigation, the police arrested a 21-year-old male of Sovington, CT for Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle [2C:20-10.2]. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Nov. 25 at 7:09 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 25-year-old male of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Elizabeth, NJ in the amount of $2,000.00 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was subsequently released from police custody.

On Nov. 26 at 9:14 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 39-year-old male of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff's Office with no bail along with 2 outstanding warrants issued out of Livingston, NJ in the amount of $2,500. He was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Adderall [2C:35-10A(1)] and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2A]. He was issued his complaint warrant and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Nov. 27 at 4:10 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 51-year-old male of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $2,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On Nov. 30 at 8:52 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to Rt. 3 east in the area of the NJ Turnpike ramp on a report of a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, the police arrested a 33-year-old male of North Bergen, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Hudson County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. He was also charged with Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)], Possession with intent to Distribute Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-3], Possession with intent to Distribute CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-5B(3)] and Possession with intent to Distribute a Prescription Legend Drug believed to be Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride [2C:35-10.5A(4)]. He was issued his complaint warrant along with 3 motor vehicle summonses and was subsequently transported to the Hudson County Jail.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
