On Oct. 15 at 12:20 p.m., officers from the New Jersey State Police responded to Secaucus Police headquarters to transfer custody of a 44-year-old woman of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option. She was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On Oct. 16 at 3:46 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Elizabeth Police Department to take into custody a 24-year-old man of Roselle, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On Oct. 16 in an effort to reduce vice-related crimes in the town of Secaucus, the Secaucus Police Anti-Crime Unit arrested the following individuals: (Secaucus Police declined to say where these arrests took place, citing that it is an undercover operation that is ongoing.) At 5:18 p.m., the police arrested a 43-year-old woman, Sandra Castrillon-Jimenez of North Bergen, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)] and Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Castrillon-Jimenez was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 7:29 PM, the police arrested a 23-year-old woman, Karen Arroyave-Jimenez of Passaic, NJ for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)], Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and Possession of CDS believed to be Tusi [2C:35-10A(1)]. Arroyave-Jimenez was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 7:36 PM, the police arrested a 26-year-old woman, Yeyman DelaRosa-Guerrero of Las Vegas, NV for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)], Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)] and Possession of CDS believed to be Cocaine [2C:35-10A(1)]. DelaRosa-Guerrero was issued her complaint summons and was released from police custody. At 9:13 PM, the police arrested a 57-year-old woman, Hong Wang of Flushing, NY for Engaging in Prostitution [2C:34-1B(8)]. The police also arrested a 56-year-old male, Michael Chen of Jamaica, NY for Promoting Prostitution [2C:34-1B(2)]. Both Wang and Chen were issued their complaint summonses and were released from police custody.
On Oct. 16 at 8:46 p.m., while on patrol in the area of 100 Park Plaza Drive, the police were approached by individuals involved in a road rage incident. During the investigation, the police arrested a 34-year-old man Daniel Laviola of Moonachie, NJ for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, specifically Pepper Spray [2C:39-5D] and Certain Persons not to Possess a Weapon [2C:39-7A]. Laviola was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Oct. 17 at 12:12 a.m., an individual entered Secaucus Police headquarters for the purpose of retrieving a vehicle release for an impounded motor vehicle. During this process, the individual presented a fraudulent proof of insurance for the motor vehicle. The police subsequently arrested a 21-year-old man of Union City, NJ for Exhibiting a Fraudulent Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3A]. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Oct. 17 at 5:03 a.m. Union City Police transferred custody of a 41-year-old man of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $5,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for both warrants and was released from police custody.
On Oct. 17 at 8:01 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 45-year-old man of Vauxhall, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $850. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 3 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.
On Oct. 17 at 9:51 p.m., North Bergen Police transferred custody of a 41-year-old man of Rochester, NY for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $6,000 with a 10 % option. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.
On Oct. 18 at 7:54 a.m., Clifton Police transferred custody of a 27-year-old man of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On Oct. 18 at 12:22 p.m., an individual entered Secaucus Police headquarters to retrieve a vehicle release for an impounded motor vehicle. During this process, the individual presented a fraudulent proof of insurance for the motor vehicle. Police arrested a 30-year-old man of Newark, NJ for Exhibiting a Fraudulent Insurance Card [2C:21-2.3B]. He was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
