On Sept. 1 at 3:35 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old woman of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Manalapan, NJ in the amount of $1,000. She was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On Sept. 1 at 10:26 p.m., Secaucus Police arrested a 28-year-old man of Montclair, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Passaic, NJ in the amount of $750. He was arrested at Secaucus Police headquarters, was able to post bail for the warrant and was released from police custody.

On Sept. 2 at 10:51 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 49-year-old man, Brian Bezi of New York, NY for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] for possessing a stolen license plate, Unlawful Use of Credit Cards [2C:21-6C(1)], Possession of Drug Paraphernalia [2C:36-2] and Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. Bezi was issued his complaint warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Sept. 3 at 11:10 a.m., in furtherance of an investigation conducted by the Secaucus Police Department Detective Division in relation to a theft incident that occurred at Walmart on June 15, police responded to Jersey City, NJ and arrested a 19-year-old man Denzel Browne of Jersey City, NJ for Theft [2C:20-3A] and Conspiracy to commit Theft [2C:5-2A(1)]. Browne was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.

On Sept. 4 at 10:03 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 64-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Bridgewater in the amount of $1,000. Bridgewater PD released him pending a future court date and he was subsequently released from Secaucus police custody.

On Sept. 4 at 5:15 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 27-year-old man of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Roxbury, NJ in the amount of $2,500. He was unable to post bail for the warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and Roxbury Police took custody.

On Sept. 5 at 3:46 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 29-year-old man of Elizabeth, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(1)]. He was issued a summons and released from police custody.

On Sept. 5 at 8:48 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Plaza Center CVS for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 31-year-old man of Hoboken, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. He was issued a summons and was released from police custody.

On Sept. 6 at 3:21 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Marshall’s for a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 37-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)]. He was issued a summons and was taken to the county jail.

On Sept. 6 at 8:40 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 22-year-old man of West New York, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
