Secaucus Police Blotter, Sept. 15 - Sept. 21

A fugitive wanted in Atlanta was staying at the Royal Motel, where he was arrested last week.

SECAUCUS, NJ — Released by Secaucus Police, all of last week's arrests:

On Sept. 15 at 2:28 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued four motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody.

On Sept. 16 at 4:57 p.m., Secaucus Police received information that an individual staying at the Royal motel had an outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Atlanta, GA with no bail. During the investigation, police responded to the Royal motel located at 650 Rt. 3 West and took into custody a 20-year-old male, Michael Cutler of Waco, GA for the 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Atlanta, GA with no bail. Cutler was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10]. He was issued his complaint warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Sept. 18 at 9:34 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 29-year-old man of Jersey City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Jersey City, NJ in the amount of $1,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.

On Sept. 18 at 3:41 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Hudson County Superior Court to take into custody a 32-year-old man of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $6,000 with a 10% option. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On Sept. 18 at 10:04 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 52-year-old man of Paramus, NJ for Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his motor vehicle summons for Driving While Intoxicated along with an additional six motor vehicle summonses and was released into the custody of a responsible adult.

On Sept. 19 at 6:26 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Middlesex County Jail to take into custody a 36-year-old man of Bayonne, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $750. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

These charges are merely accusations and the defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
