On Sept. 29 at 1:37 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 33-year-old man of Rockaway, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of Rockaway, NJ with no bail. Officers from the Rockaway Police Department responded to Secaucus Police Headquarters and took custody for transport back to their agency.
On Sept. 29 at 5:27 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 22-year-old man of Union City, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union City, NJ in the amount of $750. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.

On Sept. 30 at 6:55 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to Walmart on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 25-year-old man of Manhattan, NY along with a 28-year-old man of Manhattan, NY for Shoplifting [2C:20-11B(2)] and Conspiracy to commit Shoplifting [2C:5- 2A(1)]. Both were issued complaint summonses and released from police custody.
On Oct. 1 at 2:11 a.m., Secaucus Police observed a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Red Roof Inn on Meadowlands Parkway. During the investigation, the police arrested a 22-year-old man of Logan, PA for Receiving Stolen Property [2C:20-7A] for possessing a stolen license plate. He was also found to have 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office with no bail. He was also charged with Being a Fugitive from Justice [2A:160-10], was issued his complaint warrant and was transported to the Hudson County Jail.

On Oct. 1 at 8:42 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 30-year-old man of Carteret, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union Beach, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was able to post bail for the involved warrant, was issued 1 motor vehicle summons and was released from police custody.
On Oct. 1 at 11:09 a.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 35-year-old woman of Secaucus, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Union, NJ in the amount of $750. She was able to post bail for the involved warrant and was released from police custody.
On Oct. 1 at 5:37 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 21-year-old man of Elizabeth, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Woodbridge, NJ in the amount of $1,000. He was unable to post bail for the involved warrant. Woodbridge Police took custody.
On Oct. 1 at 9:16 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to UPS at 493 County Avenue after receiving information that an employee at UPS had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. Police arrested a 45-year-old man of Newark, NJ for 1 outstanding NCIC warrant issued out of the Newark Police Department with no bail. Newark PD took custody.
On Oct. 2 at 11:19 a.m., Secaucus Police arrested a 34-year-old man of Hackensack, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $2,000 with a 10% option. He was taken into police custody, was able to post bail for the warrant and was released.
On Oct. 2 at 11:24 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the 300 block of Centre Avenue on a report of an individual who believed he was being stalked by another individual. At 2:03 a.m. on Oct. 3 police conducted a motor vehicle stop of the vehicle involved in the area of 595 County Avenue. The police subsequently arrested a 68-year-old man of Woodland Park, NJ for Stalking [2C:12-10B] and Driving While Intoxicated [39:4-50]. He was issued his complaint summons along with 4 motor vehicle summonses and was released from police custody after police determined he was no longer under the influence.
On Oct. 3 at 2:53 a.m., Secaucus Police responded to the Speedway gas station on Rt. 3 west on a report of a shoplifting. Police arrested a 46-year-old woman of Virginia Beach, VA for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Atlantic City, NJ in the amount of $1,500 with a 10% option along with 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Trenton, NJ in the amount of $250. She was released on both warrants pending future court dates.
On Oct. 3 at 4:17 p.m., officers from the NJ Transit Police Department responded to Secaucus Police headquarters to transfer custody of a 42-year-old man of Clifton, NJ for 1 outstanding warrant issued out of Secaucus, NJ in the amount of $10,000. He was unable to post bail and was taken to the Hudson County Jail.
On Oct. 3 at 10:57 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop, Secaucus Police arrested a 26-year-old man Steven Rodriguez Reyes of Jersey City, NJ for Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle [2C:20-10.2A]. Rodriguez Reyes was issued his complaint summons and was released from police custody.
On Oct. 4 at 11:31 p.m., Secaucus Police responded to the 300 block of Centre Avenue on a report of an individual stalking a residence. A motor vehicle stop of the vehicle involved was conducted on the Meadowlands Parkway ramp to Rt 3 West. Police arrested a 68-year-old man, the same man arrested earlier in the week, of Woodland Park and charged him with Stalking [2C:12-10D]. He was taken to the county jail.
