Trump told reporters Tuesday after a Cabinet meeting at the White House that he plans to watch Sunday's Club World Cup final in person in East Rutherford, according to multiple media reports. The game is at 3 p.m. at MetLife stadium.
Who will play in Sunday's Club World Cup final game? Chelsea is confirmed to play either Real Madrid or Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), depending on which team wins the semifinal Wednesday. The semifinal game is at 3 p.m. Wednesday.

There has been very weak demand to see the Club World Cup games in person at MetLife stadium: Ticket prices to Tuesday's semi-final between Chelsea and Fluminense were slashed to just $13, after they were originally priced at $473 per ticket last weekend.
Trump and FIFA president Gianni Infantino are friends, the New York Times reported. Infantino attended Trump's inauguration in January. And FIFA just announced this week it opened an office at Trump Tower in New York City ahead of the men’s World Cup next summer, Reuters reported.
