And Secaucus came in No. 13 in the nation.

They were also specifically looking for towns that have a mix of single-family homes and apartment rentals.

- With 3.1 healthcare and social assistance establishments per 1,000 people, Secaucus makes it easy for residents to get access to top-notch healthcare, rent help and help finding employment.
- Transit infrastructure in Secaucus is well-developed, providing both easy access to major highways and good connections to nearby employment hubs through public transportation. Roughly 55.2% of people use their car to get to work, which is lower than the national average. Many people in Secaucus take the train or bus to commute to work.
