Women's Passport To Wellness Event Sunday At Harmon Cove Clubhouse
The third annual Women's Passport to Wellness event will be this Sunday at the Harmon Cove townhouses clubhouse.
SECAUCUS, NJ — The third annual Women’s Passport to Wellness event will be this Sunday at the Harmon Cove townhouses clubhouse.
It will be held from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Sunday, and is meant to bring women together for a day of movement, connection and inspiration. The day will feature:
- A full-body workout led by FitFuelFlow on the pool deck
- A shopping social with local vendors and food
- A keynote talk on women’s nutrition from Erika Lannaman, MS, RDN of Newark Beth Israel Medical Center
- Raffles with 100 percent of proceeds donated to metastatic breast cancer research, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month
The event is hosted by two Secaucus residents, Lisa Perez from Spa-O on the Go and Brand Green, owner of B.Green Health Coaching (formerly Fit4abetterme).

It is now the third year in a row they have held the Women's Passport to Wellness, and it's always held in October.
"Over the past two years, this program has grown into a space where women in our community can come together to learn, connect and support causes that matter," said Green.
