You Don’t Have To Be Vegan To Love What’s On The Menu At New Jersey VegFest
See what delicious foods are in store at this year's vegan food and lifestyle festival.

If you think vegan food is nothing more than piles of lettuce, New Jersey VegFest is here to blow your expectations out of the water. On Friday Oct. 7 and Saturday, Oct. 8, the Meadowlands Expo Center will transform into a bustling marketplace of food, live music and delicious local beers and cocktails for the vegan food and lifestyle event.
The New Jersey VegFest will host more than 100 vendors selling everything from handmade soaps to stationery and fresh-pressed juices. But be sure to come with an appetite. On the menu? Mouthwatering bites like empanadas, gourmet vegan hot dogs, cookies and soups. (See? We told you no lettuce piles!)

Once you’re done shopping and filling your stomach, take a seat and listen to a robust lineup of socially conscious speakers. They include New York Times bestseller T. Colin Campbell and Farm Sanctuary co-founder Gene Baur, who will discuss the new Farm Sanctuary that comedian Jon Stewart is opening.
