2 Middlesex Co. Women Face Charges For Voter Fraud: Prosecutor
The investigation began after the Prosecutor's Office received a tip from the Middlesex County Board of Elections.
MIDDLESEX, NJ — Two Middlesex County women were charged in unrelated crimes involving voter fraud, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone said Friday.
Lori Mulligan, 58, of Parlin, was charged with fraudulently voting by mail, a third-degree crime. Mulligan voted in the name of a deceased family member, authorities said.
Katherine Fokas, 57, of Monroe, was separately charged with submitting a forged application for a Mail-In Ballot, also a third-degree crime.

According to Ciccone, Fokas submitted the forged application on behalf of a deceased family member.
Fokas was also charged with impersonation, and forgery, third-degree crimes.

The investigation began after the County Prosecutor's Office received a tip from the Middlesex County Board of Elections.
