$50K-Winning Lottery Sold At South Brunswick Quick Chek Yet To Be Claimed
The unclaimed prize will expire on Sept. 25, lottery officials said.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - If you have a New Jersey Lottery ticket, it might very well be worth the effort to check it now.
In the Garden State, players have one year to claim prizes before they expire. And a ticket sold in South Brunswick will expire soon.
A $50,000 Powerball prize expires Sept. 25. The ticket was purchased at Quick Chek #127, 2432 US 130 in Dayton.

Players with a stash of old Lottery tickets should note recent history. In May, a Mercer County player uncovered a discarded four-month-old Mega Millions ticket. After checking the numbers, the player realized it was worth $1 million.
