BOE Meeting, Planning Board: South Brunswick This Week

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Good morning, neighbors. Welcome to another edition of the Monday manual, where we tell you what's happening in town this week;

Board of Education:

The next Board of Education meeting will be held Tuesday at 7 p.m. During the meeting, the BOE will recognize the PTO Presidents' Council. This will also be the public hearing for the approval and adoption of the 2024-2025 school Budget.

Planning Board Meeting:

The South Brunswick Planning Board will be meeting Wednesday, at 7 p.m. On the agenda is a discussion on the AST redevelopment plan. For the agenda, click here.

Traffic Enforcement

In response to a statewide rise in serious motor vehicle crashes, the South Brunswick Police Department has begun a series of enforcement designed to keep the highways safe.

They will be focusing on intersections, distracted driving, and speed, as well as enforcing other violations observed.

Here's where enforcement will take place through May 10:

  • Ridge Road (Mon. Jct.) - Speeding, distracted driving, and weight limit ordinance violations
