SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - A developer has plans to build a restaurant with indoor golf in South Brunswick.
Bruder Properties LLC is seeking a use variance to permit a restaurant with indoor gold recreation facilities in the front portion of the building.
The proposed location is 4250 Route 1 North. Currently, there’s an existing 40,000-square-foot building on a 5-acre lot in the Township’s OP zone.

While the application is on the Zoning Board’s agenda for Thursday, it will not be heard. Instead, members will be rescheduling the application for a later date.
