Escape Room Opens At South Brunswick Public Library

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Did you know? A brand-new escape room will open up later this month at nowhere else but the South Brunswick Public Library!

This is a homemade escape room envisioned and created by local South Brunswick teens and library staff, with funding provided by the Friends of the Library. You can register now to attend an after-hours event to explore the escape room on Saturday, Oct. 12. This special event is limited to those ages 18 & up on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Registration is required. The escape room was built using a kit, Patch was told. They will also have an "escape room in a box" board game to play on Oct. 12.

The organizers write:

Join us for an Escape Room Adventure! We'll have one room filled with clues that you have to figure your way out of, plus an "escape room in a box" for you and a group to figure out as well. Bring your friends and enjoy this "after-hours" event. The escape room has an 80's theme, so feel free to dress up if you like. Refreshments will be provided.

The escape room is located in the South Brunswick Public Library's Cafe, 110 Kingston Lane Monmouth Junction. Funding for the room was generously provided by the Friends of Library.
