Firefighters Extinguish Blaze At South Brunswick Commercial Building
The building also housed flammable liquids, authorities said.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — A fire ripped through a commercial building that housed flammable liquids in South Brunswick early on Friday morning, officials said.
Around 5:30 a.m., the Monmouth Junction Fire Department was dispatched to a commercial building on Docks Corner Road for a reported fire alarm activation for sprinkler water flow and manual pull station.
While en route, an update was received from the site reporting a fire involving flammable liquids inside the building.

Chiefs Scott Smith and Sean Wert arrived and reported a heavy smoke condition inside the building, and the first alarm was dispatched.
Firefighters arrived first and the crew stretched a hose line into the building. Minutes later additional firefighters arrived and established a water supply from a nearby hydrant, authorities said.

Crews located the fire area and were successful in extinguishing the fire by the sprinkler system.
No injuries were reported.
