Get Ready, South Brunswick National Night Out Is On Tuesday

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — The South Brunswick Police Department will be hosting National Night Out 2025 on Tuesday, Aug. 5, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Rowland Park on Broadway Road.

This annual community celebration brings together neighbors and first responders for an evening of connection, entertainment, and family fun.

The free event will provide abundant refreshments for attendees, including over 2,500 hot dogs, 750 vegetarian options, 1,500 bottles of water, 1,000 ice pops, and 2,000 bags of popcorn and chips.

Entertainment highlights include live music and dancing, carnival rides, bounce houses, interactive games with prizes, and educational displays from the South Brunswick Police Department, FBI, local fire departments, and first aid squads. The popular tug-of-war competition returns, featuring friendly rivalry between police, fire, and EMS teams.

This year's celebration will showcase a special Black Hawk helicopter landing and display, offering families a unique opportunity to view this military aircraft up close and learn from aviation personnel.

Community partnerships remain central to the event's success. Herman Services will return with their popular attraction featuring vintage truck displays, promotional giveaways, DJ entertainment, and complimentary pizza for guests.
