Library Construction, Traffic Enforcement: South Brunswick This Week

Here's what's happening in South Brunswick this week:

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Good morning neighbors, welcome to another edition of the Monday manual, where we tell you what's happening in town this week:

South Brunswick Library Construction

On Monday, the South Brunswick Public Library will begin construction on the Christopher J. Killmurray Building’s “Building the Next Chapter: Constructing Community Spaces” expansion and renovation project.

During construction, there will be a temporary entrance to the building and parking area.

Construction is anticipated to be completed in spring, 2025. During construction, the Library may have occasional closings or brief interruptions in service. Click here for info on building access, parking changes, etc.

Council Meeting

The township council will be meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 6 p.m. Here's the agenda.

Traffic Enforcement

The South Brunswick Police Department will be conducting the following traffic enforcement through Nov. 24:

  • West Side: Wheeler Road - Speeding, distracted driving, and stop sign violation
  • East Side: Route 130 - Speeding, distracted driving, and traffic signal violations
