Massive Data Center Proposed On Route 1 In South Brunswick
The data center has been proposed on the former Princeton Nurseries site.
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — A large data center, measuring about 341,273 square feet has been proposed in South Brunswick.
The site is the former Princeton Nurseries. Last August, the Council adopted a redevelopment plan ordinance for the site, which is located along Ridge Road, Route 1, and Mapleton Road as well as parcels owned by the Trustees of Princeton University and Plainsboro.
Applicants WRV Nurseries South Brunswick Owner, LLC has applied for preliminary site plan approval to construct the data center on a 142.877-acre lot. The property is located in the OC Office Corporate Zone within the Princeton Nurseries Redevelopment Area.

They are also seeking surface parking, landscaping, lighting, stormwater management and associated improvements on a portion of the property at 4405 Route 1.
