Mattress Warehouse To Open 1st Middlesex Co. Store In North Brunswick

The 7,000-square-foot space will be located at the North Village Shopping Center.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — Mattress Warehouse will be opening its first Middlesex County location at North Village Shopping Center in North Brunswick.

The 7,000-square-foot space will be given on a long-term lease to the store.

The company has been pursuing this location for quite some time, due to its location and access.

Other stores at the shopping center include Trader Joe’s, Bed Bath & Beyond, Michaels Arts & Crafts, Ulta Beauty, Panera Bread, Smashburger, Chili’s and Lux Nails.

“North Village Shopping Center enjoys a tremendous amount of traffic on Route 1 with more than 100,000 cars passing the property every day. Its location also makes it easily accessible to nearby neighborhoods and Route 130,” said Ed Vasconcellos III, Leasing Representative of Levin Management Corporation, the company leases and manages the 124,000 square-foot property.

The shopping center serves a residential population of more than 260,000 people within a five-mile radius.

Mattress Warehouse opened its first store in 1989 in Fredrick, MD. They offer a variety of mattress models as well as pillows, sheets, mattress protectors, bed frames, platform beds and more.

A date for the opening has not been announced yet.
