Assembly Budget Committee, 9:30 a.m., Committee Room 11, 4th Floor, State House Annex, Trenton. Hearing on proposed state budget.

East Windsor Township Council, 8 p.m., 16 Lanning Blvd., East Winsdsor.

Lawrence Township Planning Board, 7:30 p.m., 2207 Lawrenceville Road, Lawrenceville.

Wednesday:

Artists’ reception, 5-7:30 p.m., The Gallery at Mercer County Community College, 1200 Old Trenton Road, West Windsor. Art from 95 Mercer County artists will be on display at the Gallery at Mercer County Community College in the upcoming exhibit, "Mercer County Artists 2011," which runs from March 8 to April 7.
