Middlesex County Resident Advances On 'American Idol'

East Brunswick resident, Jackie Cole “Jax” Miskanic, advances on to the next round of American Idol after performing “Let It Be” during the show’s solo rounds on Thursday.

Out of the 80 contestants who performed for judges at the Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles, ”Jax” was the only performer to be declared safe immediately after a performance, according to My Central Jersey.
