National Comic Book Day, Lowest Gas Prices Today

What's up in South Brunswick on Wednesday.

Today is the perfect day to let your geek colors fly with the arrival of National Comic Book day.

This is the day for fans of all ages to enjoy to celebrate since the first-ever comic book superhero made his first appearance in 1938

While some comic heroes and villains have new looks, and some of their storylines have been totally altered, fans can still recognize their love for their favorite characters, old and new today.

Here's what else you need to know on Wednesday.

1. Today's forecast calls for mostly sunny skies with a high of 73 degrees before dropping to the low 50's overnight.

2. For the hardcore comic fans looking to celebrate National Comic Book Day, you'll have to do some traveling to the Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art at 594 Broadway (between Houston and Prince) in New York City. The Museum of Comic and Cartoon Art explores the entire medium of art produced for storytelling, and now that comic book characters are hot properties in Hollywood.
