SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - Ace Pickleball Club is opening a new indoor facility in North Brunswick.

The 26,500-square-foot state-of-the-art indoor facility will open at the Brunswick Shopping Center, adding to the fitness-focused recreation concept at the property.

Levin Management Corporation (LMC) serves as the leasing and managing agent for the 288,000-square-foot Middlesex County property, located just off Route 1 on Milltown Road.

LMC’s Fred Younkin negotiated the commitment on behalf of property ownership.

Club locations offer all-inclusive pricing; premium courts; and opportunities for members to learn, compete and socialize.

The Brunswick Shopping Center facility will host corporate events and parties. It will also feature a small pro shop.

Brunswick Shopping Center sits in the heart of North Brunswick’s retail corridor and tenants include LA Fitness, Dollar Tree, Sally Beauty, McDonald’s, Sherwin Williams and Lidl among other retailers, restaurants and service providers.
