Over 100 Firefighters Battle Warehouse Blaze In South Brunswick, 3 Injured

Firefighters are anticipated to remain at the location throughout the night, authorities said.

SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - Over a 100 firefighters are currently battling a warehouse blaze in South Brunswick, with reports of three being injured, authorities said.

The Monmouth Junction, Kendall Park, and Kingston Fire Departments' fire crews continue to work at a warehouse fire at Victory Packaging on Corn Road. The blaze was first reported at 12:40 p.m.

The deep-seated fire has been contained, but an extensive overhaul is needed, according to authorities. In addition to the South Brunswick fire companies, dozens of fire departments from four counties have been working to battle the blaze.

Multiple EMS units have been working at the scene. Three firefighters were injured battling the blaze. They were transported to area hospitals. Authorities will provide an update on their conditions at a later time.

The South Brunswick Police, South Brunswick Fire Marshal, Middlesex County Fire Marshal, New Jersey State Fire Marshal, ATF, and Middlesex County OEM are at the fire location.
