SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ — In what people are calling the biggest upset of the weekend, here are photos of South Brunswick's thrilling victory over Manalapan Sunday in the Central Jersey Group V Championship.

The South Brunswick Vikings achieved an amazing 18-14 comeback victory over the top-seeded Manalapan Braves, who had been previously undefeated and are arguably one of the best high school football teams in the state. The teams are familiar rivals and have faced each other in the playoffs five times over the past five years. Manalapan (11-1) was top-seeded, and South Brunswick was second-seeded (11-1). Standout South Brunswick players in Sunday's game included quarterback Felix Quinones, fullback Dylan Kriz, Justin Shorter, Jaylan Lawson and linebacker Mike Slover. Standout players from Manalapan include Naim Mayfield, quarterback Luke Corcione, Scott Scherzer and Tommy Pearce.
