Prosecutor To Announce Charges Against Identified Suspects In Middlesex County Home Invasions
The Middlesex County prosecutor will be holding a press conference to announce charges filed against suspects in a string of home invasions.

Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey announced December 15 that he will be holding a news conference to announce the filing of charges against individuals who have been identified as participants in a series of home invasions in Middlesex County.
The news conference will be held at 3:00 p.m. today in the Public Safety Building, on the second floor, in the Wade Baker Room. The Public Safety Building is located at 25 Kirkpatrick Street in New Brunswick.
Police officials, along with the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s office and the Middlesex County Crime Stoppers program, offered a reward last week for information regarding the one or more suspects being sought in the five home invasions.

The home invasions have occurred in Old Bridge, Edison and South Plainfield, and in each incident, the suspects targeted the homes of families of Asian-Indian descent. None of the residents was seriously injured when an undisclosed number of armed men entered the homes, restrained residents and fled with jewelry, cash and/or electronic equipment.
The home invasions occurred at various times between October 20, 2014 and November 29, 2014.
