The South Brunswick 12-year-old baseball teams have been going to Cooperstown for years thanks to the support of the community, says one of the team moms.
Each year, the 12U team registers for a week to play in the tournaments being held weekly throughout the summer. Once the teams registration is accepted, it is up to the team to raise the funds necessary to attend. Cooperstown Dreams Park charges almost $1,000 per player and coach.
